Not at all, because they add nothing to your body's nutrition level. On the other hand, they harm your body even more, or make you gain weight. You should replace unhealthy foods with their healthy substitutes. As an example, you should always drink water instead of soda or fizzy drinks. While soda or fizzy drinks will make you fatter, water will help you lose weight by burning your calories.
